Legal Basis, Notice and Consent
Where applicable law requires notice or consent for processing, we will explain the relevant information and purpose and provide a suitable way to grant, manage or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent may affect features that depend on that information.
The legal requirements and commencement dates of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have been phased. This policy and our actual processing practices must be reviewed against the provisions in force when the service operates.
Service Providers and Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment, customer support, market-data and AI providers. We will use providers and sharing arrangements appropriate for the relevant purpose and legal requirements.
Where AI processing is enabled, we aim to send only the information necessary for the requested output. We will disclose material third-party processing practices as required. Whether a provider uses submitted content to train its models depends on the provider's applicable settings and contractual terms; we do not promise otherwise unless verified.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, subscription records, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods should be defined for each data category and records securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to law.
