Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering for, accessing or purchasing a Stock Radar service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Subscription and Refund Policy. Please do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.

Service Description

Stock Radar may provide market-screening tools, technical indicators, charts, watchlists, alerts, historical market information, AI-generated summaries, scanner filters, setup-quality scores and educational material. Feature availability depends on your subscription, the applicable market-data provider and the current version of the product.

We may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features to maintain, improve or secure the service. We will provide notices where reasonably required.

Important Financial-Service Boundary

Stock Radar is designed as a technology and market-analytics platform. The nature of a feature depends on how it actually works and is presented. Nothing in these Terms permits Stock Radar to perform an activity for which registration, authorisation or another legal requirement is necessary unless the relevant requirement has been satisfied.

Unless expressly stated in a valid written agreement and legally authorised, Stock Radar does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services or manage customer portfolios. Do not assume that any feature is an authorised investment-advisory or research service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Stock Radar is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you are not legally eligible to use a paid financial-market tool in your jurisdiction, you must not purchase or use it.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

•use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud or misleading promotional claims;

•attempt to bypass subscription limits, security controls or access restrictions;

•scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute protected content or market data without permission;

•disrupt the platform, test its security without authorisation or upload malicious code;

•share another person's account or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law or secure the platform.

Plans, Prices and Payments

The applicable plan price, billing period, included features, taxes and payment conditions will be shown before purchase. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals, subject to applicable law and any notice required.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We may receive payment status, transaction references and limited billing information, but payment-card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Stock Radar.

A payment confirmation does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party market-data services or every feature of the platform.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

A subscription lasts for the period displayed at checkout. It renews automatically only if the checkout clearly discloses automatic renewal and you affirmatively agree to it. If automatic renewal is not offered, the subscription expires at the end of its stated term.

You may request cancellation through ACCOUNT BILLING PAGE / CANCELLATION METHOD (to be completed). Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Market Data and Third-Party Services

Market prices, charts, news, corporate announcements, indicators and related information may come from external providers. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable or subject to provider-specific restrictions.

Data may be labelled as live, delayed, historical, stale, simulated or unavailable where supported by the underlying feed. We do not claim that data is real-time unless the relevant provider and subscription actually deliver it on that basis.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Stock Radar name, logo, interface, original software, design, educational text and proprietary platform components belong to or are licensed to FULL LEGAL NAME (to be completed). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose under your plan.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative products from protected material without written permission or another valid legal basis.

Availability and Security

We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or always-available access. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, exchange holidays, extreme market activity or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

We use reasonable security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any refund due will be handled under the applicable Refund Policy and law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stock Radar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, data loss, or losses caused by third-party feeds, network interruptions or decisions made using platform outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, or removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses directly arising from your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply where the claim results from our own unlawful conduct or where such an allocation of responsibility is prohibited by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and other applicable legal requirements. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Any proposed venue such as CITY, STATE (to be completed) must be reviewed and completed before publication.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent recognised by applicable law.
